In view of averments made in the Application, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay of 27 days. Accordingly, the rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Place the Application for leave to Appeal under the caption of "Fresh Admission" on 11th February, 2019.

We direct the learned APP to amend the Application and annex the copies of the notes of evidence.
