The challenge in this petition is to the judgment and order dated 16th April, 2014 passed by the learned District Judge, Satara in M.C.A. No. 194 of 2012 affirming the order dated 9th November, 2012 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Wai whereby the application of the petitioner/plaintiff for temporary injunction came to be rejected.

Evidently, the order of rejection of the prayer for temporary injunction was passed by the Court of first instance, almost ten years back. At this length of time, no fruitful purpose would be served in entertaining a petition assailing the legality, propriety and correctness of the order passed by the Court of fist instance and Vishal Parekar ...1
