In the case in question the charge sheet has been filed in 2006. The FIR has been registered on 21-2-2006. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner sought to draw our attention to the material in the charge sheet in support of the case of the Petitioner that the complicity of the Petitioner is not seen. The FIR has been registered against the Petitioner and her husband Yasin Mohd for the offences punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. We do not deem it appropriate to comment on the material which has come on record lest it affects the Petitioner in prosecuting any application or at the trial. The above Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the statutory remedies of the Petitioners are kept open for being invoked at the appropriate time. [SANDEEP K.
