By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have challenged the order dated 30.04.2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel below exhibit 264 in Special Civil Suit No.5 of 2009. By that order, the learned trial Judge rejected the application taken out by the petitioners under Order VII, Rule 11(a) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for rejection of the plaint on the ground that Suit does not disclose any cause of action.

After arguing the Petition for quite some time, Mr. Ahmed seeks leave to withdraw this Petition. On the motion made by Mr. Ahmed, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
