This is an application seeking restoration of the application, which is dismissed for want of prosecution. The application was dismissed on 26th March 2018. It is stated that on 3rd July 2018, since the applicant enquired with the Advocate of the

It is pertinent to note that initially this application was filed without annexing copy of the order, by which the application was dismissed. Subsequently, the application was amended and the said order dated 26th March 2018 is annexed vide Exhibit "C". In view of this, the application seeking restoration is dismissed.
