After this petition was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application for interim maintenance before the Family Court at Kolhapur.

The petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. If such an application is made, the same be decided on its own merits.
