P.C. :- This is an application seeking restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.1344 of 2016 which has been dismissed for want of Prosecution for not complying the order dated 25.04.2017. The petitioner was directed to supply spare copies within a period of two weeks and it was further directed that failure to supply the spare copies, would result in dismissal of the Petition for want of prosecution. The Spare copies not supplied which has resulted dismissal of the Writ Petition.

ORDER

i) Criminal Application No.350 of 2017 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application.

ii) The applicant is directed to comply the directions issued in the order dated 25.04.2017 within a period of two weeks from today.
