This Application is filed for anticipatory bail in C.R.No.181 of 2017 registered in Malegaon Police station for offences punishable under sections 306, 34 etc of the IPC. 2.

Both sides are heard. Papers of investigation are made available for the perusal of the Court.

There is allegation against the present Applicant

Rng 2 that he and others were searching for the deceased as they suspected that the deceased had an affair with one girl of the village. Out of fear, the deceased jumped into the well and died due to drowning. Allegations are made that due to conduct and approach of the present Applicant, the deceased was compelled to take this step.

In view of the nature of the allegations, this Court holds that it is necessary to give protection to the present Applicant.

Application is allowed. Interim protection granted to the Applicant earlier is confirmed.
