On 5th August, 2022, considering the nature of accusations levelled against the applicant and by particularly recording that the complainant is aged 30 years and is capable of knowing the consequence of her act, he was admitted to interim protection. The protection continued till date.

Learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer Ms. Pradnya Munde, who is present in the Court, states that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. She, however, makes a specific statement that Section 377 has been added in the said CR and the complainant was repeated asked to report to the police station so that she can be sent to medical examination. But there was no response.

The order dated 5th August, 2022 is made absolute. 4.

Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of. 5.
