Heard Mr. Ranade learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The challenge in this petition is to the show cause notice issued by the Executing Court in Darkhast No. 398 of 2013. 3.

Since, only a show cause notice is issued to the Petitioner, the challenge to the same is completely misconceived. The Petitioner will have to show cause and perhaps make out the case before the Executing Court as to why the execution should not have levied against her.

If any order, adverse to the interest of Petitioner is passed by the Executing Court, then the Petitioner can always challenge the same in accordance with law.
