P.C.:- The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 raises a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the petition. He invited our attention to Section 77 of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 and submitted that the petitioner can raise dispute by filing proceedings under Section 75 of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948.

In the light of above submission, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach Megha

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
