1) The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that in pursuance of Order dated 5th August 2016, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated date. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 2) In view of the same, interim relief granted by Order dated 5th August 2016 is hereby confirmed.
