When this court expressed that the court is not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel for the applicant on instruction submitted that he wants to withdraw the proceeding. The proceeding is disposed of as withdrawn. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is behind the bars since 31st December,2015 and requested to give direction to the trial court to expeditiously dispose of the matter. Considering the nature of the case, the case can be disposed of within six months from the date of the order. The direction is given to the trial court to dispose of the matter within six months from the date of receipt of this order. After the period of six months, if the case is not disposed of, there is liberty to come to this court again.
