The Petition basically seeks to enforce civil rights. The Petitioner has alternate remedy by approaching the competent civil Court to enforce his right. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the present Petition in the extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Petition is rejected by relegating the Petitioner to the ordinary remedy available to him in law.
