1] This is an application filed by the Applicants-Claimants for withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation deposited in the Court.

2] Learned counsel for the Appellant points out that the Applicant Nos.2 and 3 are minors and as per the order passed by the Tribunal, the amount of their share to the extent of 40% is directed to be kept in fixed deposit. Only 60% of the amount is granted to the Applicant No.1.

3] In view thereof, the Applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw only 40% of the amount of her share. 4] The Civil Application is disposed of in above terms. [DR.SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.] 1/1
