P.C:- By common order dated 1st March, 2019, this Court directed the Petitioner to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks and on failure to do the same, further directed that the same group of Petitions shall stands dismissed without further reference to this Court. Mr. Gite, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants states that since the order was a common order, the same was remained unnoticed. He states that although order was passed on 1st March, 2019, the Writ Petition No. 13502 of 2018 appeared on the board of this Court on 2nd May, 2019 and at that time it was noticed that the said Writ Petition was dismissed by conditional order. He further states that none appeared for the Respondents, when the writ petition was dismissed by common order.

In view of the reasons set out in Civil Application, same is disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). (MADHAV J. JAMDAR,J.) S.R.JOSHI
