This is an application for permitting the applicant to remain on cash surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- in pursuance of Order dated 27.08.2012 passed by the Trial Court.

The record indicates that, by an Order dated 14.10.2014 this Court had granted stay to the proceedings of trial of the applicant, and therefore, the applicant did not furnish surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- which was directed to be furnished in pursuance of Order dated 27.08.2012 passed by the Trial Court.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, due to the criminal prosecution lodged against the applicant, it is difficult for her to Aarti Palkar 1/2

15.APPLN.369.18.doc get solvent local surety in the like amount for last about six years and therefore, the said condition may be suitably modified. 4.

In view thereof, the applicant is permitted to furnish additional cash bail of Rs.20,000/- before the Trial Court totalling to Rs.40,000/- and remain on cash bail during the pendency of the trial or other proceedings adopted by the applicant.
