Mr. Dubey, learned advocate for the Petitioners, submits that the matter is being settled between the parties on condition that the Respondent-complainant would receive a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- along with interest accrued thereon, which has been deposited with the Trial Court and in this Court. He therefore submits that the execution proceedings initiated for recovery of the amount would be withdrawn. He has placed on record the authority letter. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X'

In view of the above, Writ Petition stands disposed of. Criminal Application No.84/2015 stands disposed of in view of disposal of the Writ Petition.
