The petition is filed seeking direction to respondent No.2 to register the FIR on the basis of petitioner's report dated 18th April, 2015 to the Senior Inspector of Police, Versova Police Station.

Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP, having taken instructions from the officer concerned, makes a statement that the petitioner's allegations made in the said complaint would be looked into, the preliminary inquiry would be held, and an appropriate decision would be taken with a period of seven days from today and the Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Sr.No.905 WP 3160.15 same will be communicated to the petitioner. The statement is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
