Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition. The limited request of Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit be in of the year 1995, it be expedited. The representative of the respondent No.1, who appears in person seeks time. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is seeking withdrawal of the petition, it is not necessary to grant time as no adverse order is going to be passed against the respondents. 2.

In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with no order as to costs.

The learned Trial Court shall decide the suit as expeditiously as possible.
