By this civil application, the Applicants/ Original Plaintiffs are seeking condonation of 17 days' delay in filing the First Appeal, challenging the judgment and decree dated 17th June, 2014 passed by the City Civil Court at Mumbai in L.C. Suit No. 2450 of 2003. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel for the Applicants and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the Applicants have made out a case for allowing this civil application.
