This PIL Petition has been filed with the prayers interalia for issuing directions to the Respondents to complete the repair work of National Highway-160.

The PIL Petition (L) No.14963 of 2023 also related to National Highway-160 which has been disposed of with the LGC

2 (31) PIL-87.21.doc liberty to the Petitioner therein to approach the authority/authorities concerned for redressal of the grievances raised therein.

Accordingly this PIL Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed by us today i.e. 28th March 2024 in PIL (L) No.14963 of 2023.
