The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in so far as the challenge to the change in the name of the Society is concerned, the Petitioner would take appropriate steps. In so far as reconstruction of the record is concerned, the learned counsel for the Petitioner states that notwithstanding the fact that the instant Revision Application has been dismissed, the Petitioner may be given liberty to approach the authorities for reconstruction of the record.

After so contending the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the above Writ Petition. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

wp-12131.2015 Needless to state that the Petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps in respect of the change in the name of the Society. In so far as reconstruction of record is concerned, notwithstanding the fact that the instant Revision Application filed by the Petitioner has been dismissed, the Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the authorities under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act for the reconstruction of record. If any such application is made by the Petitioner, the same would be considered by the authorities in accordance with law notwithstanding the fact that by the impugned order the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner was dismissed.
