Mr.Nandanwar seeks permission to withdraw the petition on the ground that the original plaintiffs have withdrawn the suit. He has tendered the photo-copies of pursis dated 10/10/2012 filed by the respondents-plaintiffs and order dated 10/10/2014 and the same are taken on record and marked 'X' collectively for identification.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr.Nandanwar, petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Order accordingly.
