The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 9 April 2014, passed by J.M.F.C., Malegaon, in Regular Criminal Case No.298 of 2007 and the order dated 24 November 2016, passed by Sessions Court, Malegaon, in Criminal Revision Application No.91 of 2014. 3.

It is a complaint case instituted way back in 2007. Learned J.M.F.C., vide order dated 9 April 2014, discharged Respondents 1 to

17. The original complainant, i.e. the Petitioner herein, challenged the said order preferring revision application. The revisional court upheld

This petition, although filed in 2017, appears to have been circulated now. After having gone through the order passed by learned J.M.F.C. and the Sessions Judge, this Court finds no case for issue of notice in this petition.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
