The learned AGP states that the petitioners have alternate remedy of filing an appeal before the appropriate Forum for not entering their names as per the Will executed by late Balkrashna Ganesh Gole. Reserving the said right of the petitioners, the petition is disposed of. All the contentions are kept open. No order as to costs.
