This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with CR No.179 of 2018 registered with D.N.Nagar Police Station for offences under Sections 498-A, 406, 377, 323, 506(II), 504 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. The applicant was granted interim protection vide order dated 19th July 2018. Learned counsel for intervenor submits that the documents such as Aadhar Card, Pan card, Election card, Voter's ID are not returned by the applicant. On perusal of order dated 9th August 2018 it can be seen that the applicant had produced the copies of ration card, birth certificate of his child and the same were handed over to the advocate for the informant. It was also contended by the advocate that other documents are in his possession. Learned APP submitted that interim order was passed on 9th August 2018. On instructions it is submitted that the investigation had proceeded and charge sheet would be filed.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances, interim order dated 19th July 2018 is required to be confirmed. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in CR No.179 of 2018 registered with D.N.Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount; (ii) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or pressurize the prosecution witness;

(iii) The Anticipatory Bail Application No.1429 of 2018 stands disposed off.
