DATED : 15th JUNE, 2022 P.C:- The applicant was admitted to interim protection on 19/7/2018 in C.R.No.5/2018 where he was accused of offence punishable u/s.417, 418, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC. The protection continued from time to time and is in operation till today.

When particularly asked whether custodial interrogation is necessary after four years of registration of C.R, the learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer Mr.Bolkotagi, Who is present in the Court, state that the Tilak
