1] Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

2] This application is filed to fix the early date of hearing of the Civil Revision Application No.140 of 2010, as the Revision was already admitted and hearing was expedited by the order dated 18th January, 2011 by this Court.

3] Considering the fact that the suit was filed under Section 6 of Specific Relief Act against dismissal of which the Revision Application is preferred, in the interest of justice, Civil Revision Application is accordingly kept on 11th April, 2018 on "final hearing board".
