Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

This application is taken on board for recall of the order dated 20th March, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No.3970 of 2018. On the date of hearing of the said writ petition, the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the petition, we granted leave and accordingly petition was dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to the communication gap between himself and his client, he sought permission to withdraw the petition. He further submits that as a matter of fact the dispute between the applicant and respondent No.2 has amicably settled Aarti Palkar 1/2

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 does not dispute the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant. He has no objection to recall the order dated 20th March, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No.3970 of 2018.

In the above circumstances, the order dated 20th March, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No.3970 of 2018 is recalled. 6.

The Registry is directed to restore Writ Petition No.3970 of 2018 and place it before the appropriate bench for further order. 7.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
