The learned counsel for the applicants points out that Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are the real contesting respondents, they were the plaintiffs, who had instituted the suit from which the present appeal arises. They have been served.

The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that sufficient cause has been shown. However, upon perusing the civil application, sufficient cause has been shown and since the delay is of AGP
