Learned A.P.P., on instructions, makes a statement that allegations against applicant are of his obtaining forged caste certificate through other co-accused for seeking admission for the course of M.B.A. in Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Management And Research, Pune. It is submitted that during the course of investigation, involvement of co-accused Prakash Potdhare has been revealed as the person who has prepared forged caste certificate, who is no more alive. Admittedly, applicant's admission to the above stated course is cancelled. In that view of the matter though investigation is in progress and as applicant has already attended Investigating Officer, following order is passed : Waghmare 1/2

ORDER

Interim order dated 20.03.2019 stands confirmed with further directions to applicant to attend Investigating Officer if called till the filing of charge-sheet.
