By this review petition, the review petitioners seek recall of the order dated 18th January, 2014 on the ground that this Court did not consider the order dated 30th August, 2013, passed by the Authority though the same was brought to the notice of this Court by filing the application under Order 41 Rule 27 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Application filed under Order 41 Rule 27 was admittedly dismissed. I have also perused the grounds raised in the review petition. The review petitioners seek recall of the order dated 18th January, 2014 on merits of the matter which is not permissible 1/2

The review petition is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
