By this petition, petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent to take cognizance of the complaint. The said complaint is annexed at Exhibit A to the petition. A persual of the same discloses that the petitioner has not filed any complaint. However, his advocate has given notice to the Commissioner of Police. We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere with the petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh complaint before the concerned pps

In the event such complaint is filed, the concerned police station shall look into the grievance and take appropriate decision and intimate the petitioner accordingly.
