This is an application under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. filed by the Applicant apprehending his arrest in C.R. No. 1152 of 2021 registered with Malvani Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 470 and 471 r/w 34 of the IPC.

The Applicant was granted interim protection by order dated 23/09/2021. Learned APP states that the Applicant has joined the investigation and that he has been interrogated and charge-sheet has been filed. She states that presence of the Applicant is not 1/3

required for interrogation.

Hence, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions:- (i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant in C.R. No. 1152 of 2021 registered with Malvani Police Station, Mumbai, he is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties to the like amount.

(ii) The Applicant shall report to the concerned Investigating Officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation.;

(iii)The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and or influence the witnesses in any manner;

(iv)The Applicant shall keep the Investigating Officer informed of his current address and mobile contact numbers, and /or change of residence or 2/3

mobile details, if any, from time to time.

The application stands disposed of.
