Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant and having gone through the application, we find that the applicant is in custody since approximately 11 years. In that view of the matter, in our opinion, a case for early hearing is made out. The Registry is directed to place the above criminal appeal for final hearing in the week commencing from 21st August, 2017.
