Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned AGP for the respondent nos.1, 2 & 5. I have perused the averments made in the civil application.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the order dated 30th June 2017 is recalled on the condition that the applicant to take steps to serve the notice and papers and proceedings upon the respondent no.4 within three weeks from today and to file an affidavit of service before the next date, failing which the writ petition to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. 3.
