By this Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the State Government to decide the application filed by the petitioner under section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Mr. Mali, the learned Assistant Government Pleader states that if the application is not decided, the same would be decided as early as possible.

Since the Application was filed by the petitioner in the year 2012,

16.WP8898_2014.doc we dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to decide the Application filed by the petitioner, if not decided earlier, as early as possible and positively within a period of four months. The Special Land Acquisition Officer to consider the issue of limitation and all other legal and factual issues while deciding the same. Order accordingly. No costs.
