In view of additional affidavit sworn by Soumeshwari Sonawane (complainant) and no objection given by Shri R.S. Khade, we had looked into the matter. It appears that matrimonial discord has been amicably settled by parties. However, the list of ornaments to be returned to complainant was not inadvertently drawn. Petitioner No.1 and complainant have accordingly prepared that list in hand writing in Court. It is signed by them as also their respective Advocate. That list is taken on record as Exhibit - A.

In view of these developments and joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
