On 2nd September, 2021 this Court passed the following order : "The Rural Development Minister shall hear the Appeal filed by the Petitioner under Section 39(3) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act. 1959 within a period of three weeks from today and forward a copy of his order to this Court on 24th September, 2021 at 10.30 a.m. In the meantime, Order dated 26th August, 2021 shall continue to be in force. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off."

The Minister of State for Rural Development, State of Maharashtra, has not complied with the above order. We are extending time upto 11th October, 2021 to SSP 1/2

18 IA 2514 OF 2021.doc enable him to comply with the above order and file his orders before this Court on 12th October, 2021 at 10.30 a.m. In the meantime, the order dated 26th August, 2021 shall continue to be in force.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
