By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the prayer is for quashing the FIR. The learned counsel appearing for the second Respondent pointed out that after the Writ Petition was dismissed, charge has been framed against the Petitioner and now the case is fixed for hearing. In view of the subsequent event, we decline to entertain this Petition for quashing the FIR. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged. However, all contentions on merits are kept open.
