Civil Application No.3598 of 2016 is filed by the appellant seeking extension of time for deposit of the entire decreetal amount. It is submitted by the applicant that by the order passed by this Court on 14/09/2015, period of six weeks was given for depositing the entire decreetal amount. However, the amount could not be deposited URS 1 of 2

CAF 3598-16 @ CAF 3200-16 in FA 1047-15.doc-933 during the said period due to change in officer and in view thereof, the amount is deposited belatedly on 20/01/2016. 2.

In view thereof, as the amount is already deposited in the Tribunal, the period for deposit of the said amount is extended and the ad-interim relief of stay to the execution of the impugned Judgment and Award granted on 14/09/2015, is made absolute till decision of the appeal.

Civil Application No.3598 of 2016 is accordingly disposed of.

In view of the above, Civil Application No.3200 of 2015 for stay also stands disposed of.
