Learned counsel for the Petitioner tenders the death certificate of the sole-petitioner. The same is taken on record. He submits that the Respondent No.1, who was the father of the Petitioner is also stated to have passed-away, however, he is not in possession of the death certificate of the father. In view of the above, nothing survive for further consideration Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

This Court is informed that there is a sum of Rs.50,000/-, which has been deposited in this Court. Liberty to the legal heirs of either the Petitioner or the Respondent No.1 to file an application for withdrawal of the amount.
