In the wake of the 'C' Summary report filed in September, 2020, the applicant seeks withdrawal of the amount of Rs.20 lakhs, which was deposited before the trial court as one of the conditions imposed upon him, while releasing him on pre-arrest bail on 02/05/2014 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1221 of 2013.

In the wake of the 'C' Summary report being filed by EoW, learned A.P.P., on instructions from Ms. Maya Patil, API attached to EoW, who is present in the court, states that the department has no objection in permitting the withdrawal of the said amount by the applicant.

In the wake of the above, the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Esplanade Court shall permit the applicant to withdraw the amount, which is deposited by him as a condition for his release. The withdrawal shall be permitted on establishing his identity by producing the relevant documents. 4.
