(930) wp-7971-18.doc Though the Appeal was not decided on or before 2nd August 2018 as directed, on 3rd August 2018 at the request of Mr.Rajeshirke, the matter was stood over to 7th August 2018 to inform whether the pending Appeal would be decided. It is conceded by Mr.Akshay Shinde appearing for the petitioner that the Appeal is decided; rather it is rejected. In the circumstances, leaving open all remedies including to challenge this appellate order by a fresh petition, we dispose of this petition.
