Prayer is to quash and set aside the charge-sheet filed under section 387, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472 r/w. 34 of IPC. 2.

On 6/2/2019 this Court has directed the State Government to verify antecedents of the applicants.

Learned APP has today produced copy of letter dated 27/2/2019 sent by Incharge Police Inspector Anti Extortion Wing, DCB CID, Mumbai to office of PP in High Court. This letter shows that there are no antecedents against the petitioners. It is taken on record as Exhibit "A". 4.

Learned AGP has invited our attention to charge-sheet to demonstrate that sim cards were obtained under false name and even passports were fabricated. The facts show that phone calls were made from Saudi Arabia demanding the money in the name of gangster with threat to
