Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicants seek Transit Anticipatory Bail in connection with FIR No.59 of 2019 (Central Crime Police Station, District - Hyderabad, State Telangana, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, for a period of

2/3 four weeks to enable the Applicants to take appropriate steps and approach the competent Court of law within the said period. 3.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed. The Applicants are granted transit anticipatory bail for a period of four weeks i. e. the Applicants shall not be arrested for four weeks from today to enable them to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs, on the following terms & conditions :-

O R D E R

(i) In the event of the Applicants arrest in connection with FIR No.59 of 2019 (Central Crime Police Station, District - Hyderabad, State Telangana, the Applicants be enlarged on transit anticipatory bail, for a period of four weeks from today, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) During this period, the Applicants shall approach the appropriate Court and seek necessary orders.

It is made clear, that this Court has not considered this Application on merits and the Court, which is seized of the matter, shall decide the application seeking pre-arrest bail, if filed, on its own merits, in accordance with law.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
