This is an application filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act") whereby the applicant has prayed for extension of time limit for the arbitral tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings and publish an award. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection for the prayers as made in the application. It is agreed position at the bar that the last witness of the respondent is being cross-examined.

In the circumstances, time to conclude the arbitral proceedings and pronounce an award is extended by three months from today. 4.
