1) The learned APP on instructions from the Investigation Officer submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 5.8.2016 the applicant has attended the Investigation Officer and co-operated in the process of investigation. He further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. The applicant No.1 is husband and applicant No.2 is cosister of the original complainant Smt.
