Heard. We have perused the prayer clauses and complaint at page 101, filed by respondent no. 3 - Ritu Malik. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as the husband of the petitioner was in custody, wife of the petitioner filed present petition. It is submitted that husband of the petitioner is now released from custody. Learned counsel submits that in accordance with the procedure established under the Cr. P.C., appropriate steps would be taken for making grievances / filing complaint.

Learned APP Mr. Yagnik, submits that if a complaint is filed with the police, necessary decision will be taken on the complaint filed on its own merits.

We observe that husband of the petitioner is at liberty to resort to alternate remedy in accordance with law.
